§ 8599. Plan to utilize volunteer resources during state of emergency
The Office of Emergency Services shall develop a plan for state and local governmental agencies to utilize volun-teer resources during a state of emergency proclaimed by the Governor. The office shall consult with appropriate state and local governmental agencies and volunteer organizations in the development of this plan.
